Best Ways to Maintain LDL Cholesterol By Diet

There are certain ways by which you can maintain LDL through diet as follows
Cholesterol Reducing Foods

To maintain LDL cholesterol diet, avoid foods that contain refined sugars and corn syrup. Additionally sweet breakfast foods, hard candies, bleached processed flour and white bread. These foods appear to raise levels of LDL in the blood.

Lifestyle factors that may be instrumental in lowering LDL include not smoking, maintaining a healthy weight and getting plenty of exercise.
Risk factors For LDL
Certain factors are associated with high LDL levels include smoking and obesity. Studies suggest that over weight people and people, who smoke, frequently have higher than desirable levels of LDL. Further LDL should be monitored closer when it occurs in the presence of high blood pressure, diabetes, a family history and age, these factors often contribute to coronary heart disease in conjunction with high LDL.
