Congestive heart failure is called as heart failure. This is a critical condition in which the heart cannot pump enough blood for supplying the rest of the body. Congestive heart failure occurs when there is an excessive leakage of fluid into the lungs which may lead to lung failure. Congestive Heart Failure is not a disease but it is a condition. It is a process which takes place over a period. In this process the heart becomes weak to pump the required blood for the rest of the body. It is called congestive heart failure because the fluids will build up in the lungs and cause congestion.
